This was a great project involving a qualitative hall test with girls of all ages and mums to explore the potential for a range of Lovehearts licensed product. Organix - I did some in store qualitative intercept interviews with mums and then some focus groups with mums using brand mapping. Tomy - this was a project with research in France, UK and Germany to explore what mums wanted from their baby monitor and what new features could be offered.
